Managed manifest URLs

Managed manifest URLs are filtered addon URLs created when you exclude catalogs during sync. Instead of pointing Nuvio to the original addon URL, you point it to this proxy URL — which strips out the catalogs you excluded. Use these URLs in your Nuvio profile when you want catalog-filtered addons.
